During their seven-year term of ownership, the principals made significant improvements to the property and supervised and participated in significant leasing and releasing transactions.
The principals capitalized and joint-ventured the development of this 43-story, 1,000,000 square foot, Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan, participating in site acquisition, architectural design, lease negotiations and financing.
The principals acquired a 28-property, 11,000-unit portfolio of multifamily properties located in the Mid-Atlantic region and operated it as a private company for fourteen years, before taking it public as The Town and Country Trust (NYSE: TCT). The principals grew the company to more than 40 properties and renovated and repositioned many of the original communities. The company employed more than 400 people and had annual revenue of approximately $135,000,000.
