Harvey Schulweis

Before co-founding Niantic Partners, Harvey Schulweis was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Town and Country Trust, a publicly-traded (NYSE: TCT) real estate investment trust. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Schulweis Realty, Inc., a private real estate investment and development firm he founded in 1991. From 1978 through 1990, Harvey was a General Partner of Lazard Frères & Co. and President of Lazard Realty, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary. Before joining Lazard, he was a partner in a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young.

 

Thomas L. Brodie

Before co-founding Niantic Partners, Tom Brodie was President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Town and Country Trust, a publicly-traded (NYSE: TCT) real estate investment trust. From 1991 through 2006, Tom was a founding partner of Schulweis Realty, Inc., a private real estate investment and development firm. From 1984 through 1990 he held positions at Lazard Realty, Inc., the real estate investment and development subsidiary of Lazard Frères & Co.

 

Noel Dunn

Before co-founding Niantic Partners, Noel Dunn has spent most of his career in Investment Banking, primarily with Goldman Sachs managing a capital commitment business in London, and more recently with Bear Stearns and JP Morgan as a partner in their mining and metals investment banking practice. Noel served as CEO of a venture capital-backed data and communications company in London and formed Niantic Advisors with Andrew Wilson in 2009 to provide investment advisory services, focusing on real estate, natural resources and other physical assets. Noel serves as a director of Pretium Resources (TSX: PVG), a gold exploration company.

 

Andrew W. Wilson

Before co-founding Niantic Partners, Andrew Wilson began his career as a corporate attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell before moving to investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London. He subsequently joined JP Morgan as co-head of Equity Capital Markets, based first in London and then New York. Andrew has also served in senior equity capital markets positions at Bear Stearns and Bank of America. Andrew is the Trustee of a family office fund and formed Niantic Advisors with Noel Dunn in 2009 to provide investment advisory services, focusing on real estate, natural resources and other physical assets.

 

Alan W. Lasker

Before joining Niantic Partners as Senior Vice President, Mr. Lasker was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Town and Country Trust, a publicly-traded (NYSE: TCT) real estate investment trust. From 1991 through 2006, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Schulweis Realty, Inc., a private real estate investment and development firm. From 1984 through 1990 he was Senior Vice President of Lazard Realty, Inc., the real estate investment and development subsidiary of Lazard Frères & Co. Before joining Lazard, Mr. Lasker, a Certified Public Accountant, was associated with Ernst & Young. He was also a Director at the accounting firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Co.
