Niantic acquired this facility with two logistics companies in place, warehousing parts for Tier 1 auto suppliers and delivering to the plant for Just-in-Time assembly. The cross-docked facility, originally built-to-suit for Mercedes-Benz, has a 30’ clear height; 50’ x 50’ column spacing; 120 loading docks and drive-in doors; and plenty of auto and truck parking.

MBUSI had invested more than $7 billion in its assembly plant and nearby properties since 1993 and produced all of the G-Class SUVs for the world, with an annual capacity of 325,000 vehicles.
